About me and this website
I am Naiche, a WordPress and Laravel developer based in the Netherlands. This website, naiche.nl, is my personal portfolio. These terms cover your use of this website only. They do not cover any professional work I carry out for clients; that is covered by a separate written agreement.
Security advisories
The advisories on the home page are published records of issues I found in other people’s plugins. Each one links to its entry in the WPScan vulnerability database and to its CVE record. I reported every issue privately to the developer first, and proof-of-concept details stay withheld until a fix ships. The advisories are information about those plugins, not security advice for your own website.
General information
Everything else on this website, including the description of my services and the links to my plugins, is provided for general information. I try to keep it accurate and up to date, but I make no guarantees about its completeness or accuracy, and I can change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
WordPress plugins
I publish six free WordPress plugins on WordPress.org: Kramar, Zamok, Wiwi Forms, Wiwi Cookie Consent, Dark Mode for WP Dashboard, and Connect for Mobilox. Links to them from this website point to their listings on WordPress.org. Each plugin is distributed under its own open-source licence (GPL) and is subject to WordPress.org's own terms. This website does not add any further terms to your use of those plugins.
Professional services
This website describes the kind of work I take on. That description is not an offer and does not commit me to any project, price or deadline. Professional work only begins once we have agreed on it in writing, separately from this website. Nothing on this website is a binding commitment on my part.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this website are mine unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or reuse the text or design for commercial purposes without my written permission. This does not apply to the plugins, which are covered by their own licences.
Links to other websites
This website links to WordPress.org and other external websites. I do not control those websites and am not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Any dispute arising from them is submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
